About Ms. Nita

I spent more than 16 years in the classroom with some of the top early childhood education organizations, where I discovered that my true passion lies in working directly with children. Watching them develop problem-solving skills and critical thinking—the true foundation of learning—has always been one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

I believe that every child is capable of learning. My role as an educator is to understand how each child learns best and to create meaningful, engaging lesson plans that support their individual growth. I often describe my approach as providing “individualized care in a group setting,” ensuring that every child develops at their own pace while feeling seen, supported, and challenged.

Educating children is not just my career—it is my life’s work. As someone entrusted with laying the foundation for lifelong learning, I am committed to preparing my students not only to succeed in the classroom, but to confidently navigate life and its challenges.
